Hunting for green, smell and taste on and around the Lange Voorhout. A plant hunt with people who are not scared to crawl on the streets!

'Plant-hunters' are as old as humanity! People have always hunted for plants, to eat, to use as medicine or simply for their beauty! There are still people who hunt for 'new' plants. In China, new plants are still discovered!
Plants grow everywhere, including the Hague city centre, along kerbs, under drains, at the foot of a tree or between the grass! Horticultural researcher & photographer Gina Kranendonk takes you on a search to collect, photograph and/or describe plants! Which plants actually grow in the Hague city centre? Can you eat them? Smell them? Are they special? How many sorts can you find? A consciousness-raising process to make you aware of what grows and how it grows in our cities!
