From an angel's point of view
Karolina Spaic & Snezana Golubovic / ZID Theater
An unreal feeling, have I landed in a film? She continues to pursue me...

In the city, at very unexpected places, the angels are to be found, a balcony, the grand staircase of a monumental building, an outside café. Your perception as a coincidental passer-by is challenged. Dream and reality alternate. Angels can be amazed and amaze. The angel is somewhere, nowhere, present, transparent, but always direct. Is this angel a mythic figure or a clown standing on the corner? Timeless. An invitation to daydream, as an intangible déjà-vu. The diary full of coincidental meetings, a document of the day. Perception transforms and is described. Suddenly it all falls into place. Angels each create with their own perception a picture of the people they meet. They write and describe. A surprising meeting, a long awaited glance, a lost memory. Every meeting is unique, a journey to the invisible. Can we still daydream?
"It is a great happiness
Not to know precisely
In what kind of world we are living"
Wislawa Szymborksa
Karolina and Snezana share one concern: How can art today relate to the deep human desire for harmony and contact? An unpredictable and poetic statement from another perspective.
